Pulse dust collectors that commonly used by many homes in the country

 

[1] Condensed water and greases are mixed in the air that used for pulse, gets mixed with fine dust in filter cloth and process rapid phenomenon of clogged up, so replacing filter cloth cycle is short.

 

[2] And even with high pressure of pulse air (5~6 Kgf/㎠), that pulse is not strong enough, so it can’t remove dusts enough that accumulated on filter bag etc.

 

From every aspects, we aimed much room to improve for using

 

[1]To create strong Pulse even with low air pressure (0.5 Kgf/㎠), install air nozzle on vertical side of filter cloth to penetrate the air tank, and install double diaphragm valve on top of nozzle. These diaphragm valve gets signal from time kit and opens up for short while (0.2~0.3seconds) and 0.5Kgf/㎠ of air pressure flows into nozzle from air tank through close pathway. And at the end of nozzle, shock wave is created by excess sound velocity (340 m/s) and these shock waves spreads out into filter cloth and shakes off the dusts with effects like banging on riverside of filter cloth, so dust collector’s pressure difference maintains very low at all times,..........................................................[ New design for practical use registration No. 082637 ]

 

 

[2] Because of using low air pressure of 0.5 Kgf/㎠, roots blower or ring blower can be used as pressed air for pulse or use pressed air in the facility by decompressing it to 5 Kgf/cm2, and not like using high pressure, either way have little condensed water or grease, so clogged up of filter cloth develops very slow.

 

[3] Dusty air and the body of dust collector’s are cyclone shape, so the large grain size dusts are being separated at here first then only small grain sized dusts rise to upper into filter cloth then separated at the wall of filter cloth to minimize the burden of filter cloth.

 

[4] Original valve which filter is installed is designed to swirl, so filter cloth can be replaced easily and conveniently without going into dust collector. ........................................................... [New design for practical use registration No. 144179]

 

 

Effects

 

 Compare to general pulse dust collector using high air pressure that has been used until now,

1.  Air treating ability per filter cloth unit area are two-threefold greater than existing pulse dust collector

2.  So, area needed for install dust collector are two-threefold lower than existing pulse dust collector

3.  Because of less moisture in the pulse air, life of filter cloth are two-threefold greater than existing pulse dust collector

4.  Producing power by low pressured air for pulse is two-threefold lower than existing pulse dust collector than high compressed air.

We now developed and offering wonderfully improved dust collectors as mentioned above.
