Product Information

It is device installed at the lower part of bin of pulverulent body which streams not easily to promote smooth ejecting of pulverulent body. Roll and weld the steel plate as in shape of the picture above and short treat the surface then apply Zinc Coating and finish inside with white epoxy and outside with urethane hammer tone. The connection rod which connects top part and vibrating lower part is made with stamped S45C, and with vibrating motor, lower part’s vibrating is created towards cylinder to make pulverulent boy steams down efficiently.

Installation    

 

1) Cut existing storing tank’s lower part to standard size of Hwa Young discharger then adapt fringe.

2) Assemble Hwa Young Vibrating discharger.

3) Structuring vibrating discharger motor’s circuit to operate when it receives signals about storing tank outlet is clogged up.
