It is designed as follow; Dusty air flows to Air entrancethen penetrates through filter cloththen exit to air exitat this time dust sticks to surface of filter cloth and eventually loosing pressure of air that penetrates through filter, so shaking off dusts are necessary. Hwa young dust collectors are designed to have same numbers of nozzle is place to vertical side of filter cloth to penetrate the compressed air tank, and installed diaphragm valves on top of nozzle gets signal from time kit and opens up for short while (about 0.2seconds) and air pressure flows into nozzle from air tank through close pathway. And at the end of nozzle, shock wave is created, and these shock waves spreads out into filter cloth and shakes off the dusts with effects like banging on riverside of filter cloth, so dust collector’s pressure difference maintains very low at all times

Selecting types of machine

 

1. Select volume of air used

2. Decide filtering speed (3-8m/min) consider the amount of dust included in dusty air.

3. Select the types of machine with same numeric valued or greater filter cloth area from product specification table.

Our machine’s model names are marked as follow; HYPF-78/24 for example, HYPF is initials of Hwa Yong Pulse Filter and 78/24 means it has 78 of 2400mm long filter cloth. Standard length 1200, 1800, 2400 and 3000mm of filter cloth is being used but if the factory’s condition permits, it is the better and economic to use longest filter cloth. Please consider these when selecting model (just for information, diameter of filter cloth is φ120mm)

Above figures are based on average dust load with air pulse time of 2 minutes, so if dust loads are greater than average, select to be suitable and roots blower or ring blower can be used for decompress the air. If large capacity compressor is near by, you can bring pressed air from compressor and decompress to 0.5 kgf/㎠ with decompressing valve for use.
